Connection steps
- Go to e-Factura → Settings (or Settings, e-Factura tab) and press “Connect to ANAF” on the “ANAF connection” card.
- The browser takes you to logincert.anaf.ro: you need the qualified certificate installed (doesn't work in Firefox).
- After authorization you return to Brivio automatically; the token lasts ~90 days and refreshes itself.
What you get after connecting
- e-Factura submission: issued invoices go to SPV with one click (or automatically, per settings).
- e-Factura inbox: received invoices are downloaded periodically.
- SPV messages: receipts, decisions, notifications, classified automatically; those requiring action get a deadline and a push notification.
Expired token
- The token state and expiry date are shown on the “ANAF connection” card; a few days ahead, the card warns you.
- If ANAF answers “token expired” or the authorization was revoked, press “Reconnect” on the card; it takes a minute and no data is lost.
- If the certificate holder left or the certificate does not cover a CUI, see the “Expired ANAF token: reconnecting and a different certificate holder” guide.
Good to know
- The token is per user-with-certificate and covers all the CUIs you represent in SPV.
- Individuals with economic activity (PFA/PFI with CNP) must register in the RO e-Factura Registry via form 082 (OUG 89/2025); the system becomes mandatory on June 1, 2026.
