Templates and clauses
- Under Contracts → Templates you create reusable templates with variables (parties, amounts, deadlines) filled automatically at generation.
- The clause library (Contracts → Clauses) holds approved standard paragraphs — insert them in the editor without rewriting.
Creating a contract
- Press "New contract" at /contracts (or from the Create menu): pick the template and the partner — your company's and the partner's data are filled automatically.
- The rich-text editor allows adjustments; versions are kept, and extracted obligations and deadlines appear under Contracts → Calendar.
Electronic signing
- From the contract, start the signing flow: add the signers (name + email) and their order.
- Each signer receives a secure link to the public signing page — they sign on any device, no account needed.
- After the last signature the document is electronically sealed, and the final PDF with the audit trail is archived on the contract; all parties receive a copy by email.
Tips
- Track signature status on the contract page — you can resend the invitation to a signer who hasn't responded.
- Important deadlines (expiry, renewal) trigger notifications; you can attach an automation to the "contract expiring" event (see the automations guide).
