One stock, every channel
The online shop, the till on the shop floor and the marketplaces all draw down the same quantity. There is no "website stock" and "real stock" — there is stock, and when the last unit leaves through the till the product stops being orderable online in the same second.
Low-stock alerts watch what actually sells rather than a fixed threshold set once and forgotten.
The order runs to the end on its own
An order placed online reserves stock, generates the invoice, submits it to e-Factura where required, produces the courier label and records the payment. Cash on delivery is tracked separately, reconciling what the courier actually remits — which is where the money usually goes missing.
Prices, not a price
Price lists per customer or group, negotiated preferential pricing, discounts and campaigns — all applied in the right order and shown as such on the invoice. Recurring subscriptions bill themselves when due.
The site is included, not a separate project
Pages, blog, newsletter and contact forms are part of the same product, on your own domain. What a visitor submits becomes a contact in the CRM, not an email in an inbox someone reads occasionally.
Measurement and verification, without code
In the store settings you add the ids for Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Microsoft Ads (UET) and Microsoft Clarity. Each id is checked against its network's format, and nothing loads before the visitor accepts analytics or marketing cookies. Google tags receive Google Consent Mode v2 signals.
Verification codes for Google Search Console, Bing, Meta, Pinterest and
Yandex are pasted as the platform gives them (the code or the whole <meta>
tag). When the domain's DNS zone is hosted by Brivio, the "Publish
verifications to DNS" button on the domains page adds the Google and Meta TXT
records itself, without removing the existing ones.
Once the company's Google account is connected under Settings → Connected apps, the "Connect to Google Search" button on each domain verifies it with Google, adds it to Search Console and submits the sitemap, with nothing to copy by hand. If the domain's DNS is hosted elsewhere, Brivio shows the exact record to add.
What you see behind it
Abandoned carts, sales analytics and withdrawals each have their own screen. The till's end-of-day report closes the day and enters the ledger as a document, not as a figure you retype.
Worth knowing
An online shop that is not wired to the ledger produces work, not sales: someone re-enters the orders, someone checks whether the stock figure is still true, someone compares what the courier remitted against what was sold. That step does not exist here, because the second system does not exist.
